The child sits in the child safety seat and the childs seat belt is on, but it is possible for the child to release the car seat belt without you noticing.

In the event of an Emergency Braking this would lead to the child safety seat being thrown about in the car with the child trapped in the seat.

This represents a very high accident risk to the child and other passengers in the car, possibly with a fatal outcome.

Even if you have checked the cars seat belt, it is still possible for the child to open this during the journey.
